Who are we?

Commercial Executive Cleaning has been operating since February 2019 and since opening has delivered a professional and tailored made service to many business throughout Greater Belfast.  

Do You Have a Minimum Contract?

We have no long term contract agreement.  All contracts are on a rolling month.  

Do You Have a Minimum Number of Hours?

The minimum numbers of hours per visit is 2 hours, whether weekly or fortnightly.  We want you to be really happy with the cleaning results and we are happy to work out a cleaning plan for you to ensure it is as cost effective as possible whilst ensuring the cleaner has enough time to complete your priority tasks.

Do You Have Insurance Cover?

We have insurance for up to £2 million pounds against the cleaner accidently damaging your property.  Please note, in order to keep your costs as low as possible there is an excess of £100 on all claims.

How Do You Vet your Cleaners?

We take the recruitment of our cleaners very seriously.  Our cleaners are vetted thoroughly and carefully.  Following receipt of the written application, suitable candidates are interviewed initially on the phone.  On passing this stage, they will then have a face to face interview in their own home.  During this interview we perform ID checks, gather reference details.  For those who pass this stage we then perform two reference checks, speaking directly to the referees so we can ask further questions to assess the cleaners suitability.  Once that is all complete, we then make a final decision whilst asking ourselves the important question.  Would we be happy to have them cleaning our property. 

How Quickly Can You Find Me a Cleaner?

We  have a large bank of cleaners and can usually source you a cleaner within 10 days of meeting you.  However it is often sooner.

How Do I start the Process?

If you are interested in our service, you can contact us through this website, by telephone or by email.  Once we have received your query we will arrange to visit your property so we can fully understand and assess your cleaning requirements.  We will then select a cleaner for you from our extensive database and the cleaner will be with you shortly.

Will I get the same cleaner each visit?

We aim to provide a consistent and regular service.  This may be provided by the same cleaner(s) each time or by a team on a rota basis depending on your needs.  Your requests are taken into consideration throughout the cleaner allocation process. 

What If I'm not happy with my cleaner for any reason?

Simply let us know of any concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.  Our first solution is naturally to provide feedback to the cleaner.  However if this does not remedy the situation we have a large database of approved and vetted cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.

Do You Supply the Cleaning Products?

The cleaner uses your products and equipment.  This is the safest and most economical way.

What Tasks Will The Cleaner Normally Carry Out?

The cleaner will clean anything internal of your property within the timeframe given.  Every property, every cleaner and every client are different.  The cleaner can carry out a wide range of duties and when we meet we can discuss these duties specific to your property.
